At Chaudhary Traders, every product undergoes rigorous manual inspection before dispatch. In the rare event that your product arrives damaged, defective, or different from described, you have 7 full calendar days from the delivery date to claim a free replacement.

2. Eligibility Conditions

• The product must be in its original packaging with tags, box, and accessories intact.
• The item must show no signs of deliberate misuse, physical scratches, or alterations.
• Please provide a brief video or photograph showing the issue via WhatsApp to speed up claim approval.

3. How to Initiate a Replacement
