Can I open the parcel and inspect the watch before paying the courier?
Yes! We support the open parcel policy with our courier partners so you can inspect the quality of your luxury piece before paying the rider.
How long does delivery take across Pakistan?
For Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, and Rawalpindi, delivery typically takes 2–3 business days. For other cities and rural regions, delivery takes 3–5 working days.
Are all the photos and videos on the website real?
Yes! 100% of the photos displayed on Chaudhary Traders are real live photos taken of the actual physical inventory in our Okara boutique & warehouse.
What if the watch stops working or arrives damaged?
We offer an unconditional 7-day replacement guarantee. Just message us on WhatsApp with a short video and we will dispatch a replacement.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) anywhere in Pakistan, as well as JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and online bank transfers.
