Refund Policy
1. Refunds & Store Credits
If a product cannot be repaired or replaced under our 7-day guarantee, customers are eligible for a 100% full money-back refund or store credit according to customer preference.
2. Refund Processing Time
Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders are transferred directly via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Online Bank Transfer (IBFT) within 2–4 business days following inspection of the returned parcel.
